Appeal Explanation
1.Review the Student Fee Policy A-132, available at www.fanshawec.ca/fee-policy and Guideline B: FEE APPEALS before completing this form.
2.Provide a letter clearly stating the reason for the appeal including detailed facts.
3.Attach relevant supporting documentation. Information provided in the letter which is not supportedmay not be considered.
4.Submit this form, letter and supporting documentation by email to feeappeal@fanshawec.ca or to the Office of the Registrar.
Keep a copy of all documents for your records.
