Contracts listed below can have the following statuses.
- New: A newly submitted contract that is awaiting approval.
- Renewal: A contract that has been added back to workflow b/c the renewal date is 90 days or less out.
- New Approved: A new contract that has been approved.
- New Denied: A new contract that has been denied.
- Renewak Approved: A renewal contract that has been approved.
- Renewal Denied: A renewal contract that has been denied.
- Balance Review: A contract that has a balance left to be paid and has been added to workflow for review.
